Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery typically takes two to four working days from the date of dispatch. Orders over forty pounds qualify for free standard delivery; orders under this amount incur a delivery charge of four pounds ninety-nine pence.
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two business days of receiving payment, except for personalised items which require an additional three to five business days for completion. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or non-availability to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivered to the address specified.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within thirty days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within fourteen days of receiving your returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within seven days of receipt with photographs of the damage and a description of the issue. We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label, and will offer a full refund, replacement or repair at our discretion.
